Building with swimming pool, gym, laundry and 24 hour reception, plus a free parking space.

- Guests not on the guest list and who have not submitted a photo of their ID before the check-in date will not be allowed entry.

- Parties or events are not permitted at the property at any time.

- Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.

- Guests who fail to comply with any rules established in the property and/or building will be subject to penalties.

Super nice studio with a comfortable queen size bed, double sofa bed, closets, powerful air conditioning, a 50 inch Smart TV, blackout curtains, a dining table, and plenty of outlets. It also features a charming balcony with views of Christ the Redeemer, the mountains, and the street. High speed internet access is available. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower with good pressure. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, hood, microwave, coffee machine, Airfryer, washing machine and dryer, and various utensils. Other amenities include a portable crib*, hairdryer, iron, and amenities kit (shampoo, conditioner, and soap).

The building has a swimming pool, gym, laundry room, 24 hour reception, and a parking space.

*Bed linens, towels, and cleaning during the stay are extra services and have an additional cost.
